The
community is invited to worship during Holy Week and Easter at St. John
Evangelical Lutheran Church, 16 Great Road in Sudbury. On Good
Friday (April 18) we gather for contemplative Prayer Around the Cross at
noon. The evening service at 7:30pm is a
meditation on the Passion according to St. John, concluding with solemn
Veneration of the Cross. We celebrate the Resurrection of Our Lord on Easter Day (April 20) with festive
liturgies at 8:45am and 11:15am.
