Prenatal Yoga Series

Prenatal

classes are specifically designed for pregnant women to address many general

problems of pregnancy like fatigue, leg cramps, nausea, lower back pain,

sciatica, swelling of ankles, and spasms. Classes include strengthening of

pelvic floor muscles, inner thigh muscles, and hip opener postures. The session

ends with guided meditation and various breathing techniques which can be used

to manage labor pain.
