Pumpkin Patch Saturday October 26

Celebrate the
owls and howls, hoots and hollers of Halloween at Sudbury Valley Trustees third
annual family Halloween and costume party, featuring music, games, crafts,
treats and more. The event will take place at Wolbach Farm in Sudbury on
Saturday, October 26 from noon to 4:00 pm. 
Guests are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes.

Included:

• Create your own Halloween
  or fall harvest theme book with Susan Kapuscinski Gaylord of MakingBooks.com
• Live music by The Pennies, Bob Griffin and Linda
  Wade
• Metrowest Beekeepers
  Association sharing honey and fun facts about bees
• Hoot with a live owl
  from Drumlin Farm
• Games and crafts for kids: 
  sack races, candle making and tug of war
• SVT's Nature Nook, a
  fun play area for kids will be in full use for kids and families
• Seasonal food and beverage,
  including apple cider, cider donuts, kettle corn and other trick or treat
  goodies
• Letterboxing - Its not
  scary!
• More spooky treats

This is a
great opportunity to teach children about nature and habitat on local SVT
properties. SVT staff and volunteers will be on-hand to share details about SVT
initiatives and help you plan your next outing to one of the many SVT
properties in our region.
