The Sudbury Villagers Club will meet on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at the Goodnow Library's Community Room at 9:30am.  The meeting will feature  refreshments, a short business meeting followed by the featured speakers,

and they will share some of their experiences with the  Emergency Shelter.     This exuberant pair will both entertain and enlighten the group!

CERT, the Sudbury Community Emergency Response Team, is a volunteer program which educates and trains citizens to be better prepared to respond to emergency situations in the community. When emergencies happen, CERT members can be deployed at the direction of the Fire Chief to provide critical support to first responders, provide immediate assistance to victims, and organize spontaneous volunteers at a disaster site.  CERT members also help with non-emergency projects that help improve the safety of the community.
