Justina Pelletier - Breaking News for April 29th

Breaking News - There will be a rally in front of The State House, Tuesday, April 29th on behalf of Justina Pelletier.  The Rev. Patrick Mahoney of the Washington based Christian Defense League will announce major new legislation being launched at the state level on behalf of Justina, to investigate how much MA-DCF has spent on this one case, and to tie future NIH funding to the state to be tied to the release of Justina back to her parents.

Stuffed animals representing the number of days that Justina has been held in MA state custody - apart from family and friends and community - are being collected to place on the State House steps.

We encourage all concerned citizens to stop by and make your voice heard!

There will be a large white padding placed either on the steps of the State House or on the sidewalk directly in front of the stairs. A sparkly blue puffy netting similar to the material in Justina"s hat which she wore during her ice skating event will be tacked along the edges and blue balloons will be tied to it as well. We will post pictures...
