In it, one can view Justina skating in a figure skating competition, from December of 2012, just two months prior to her admission to Boston Children's Hospital. One can hear from her bevy of dedicated school and community friends, and from adults affirming the Pelletier family that hers was not a cloistered life. As a nurse friend of the family states, she would go in periodically for treatments, then jump right back into her normal routines.

PELLETIERS:
Seek out treatment that actually works for Justina - enabling her to live a normal life - with friends, family, school, church, sports
MA-DCF:
Withdraws her medications (including for heart - she had a stroke earlier)
Rushes to a somatoform diagnosis.
Locks her up - away from warm human contact - for over 14 months
Did who knows what else to her? (Wards of state may be used as research subjects - cf BCH clinical protocols)
She has complained of "being hurt" all the time.
She cannot walk, has lost sensation in legs, and muscle tone in neck.
Her hair is falling out.
Family were the ones to point out rashes on her belly near her port.
DCF deprived her of any signigicant education and did not follow her IEP for over a year.
DCF has not passed along presents and greeting cards from others to her.
DCF has not honored her requests to see her family on special occasions.
DCF has not honored her request to return home.
DCF has not honored her request to see a priest or to attend services.
DCF has violated the listed rights of a Mental Health patient, and has disregarded federal laws.
DCF most likely never had the jurisdiction to take Justina, from Connecticut, to begin with!

Breaking News: Call your legislator, ask him or her to support upcoming legislation being introduced Tuesday, April 29th by Reps. Lyons and Lombardo, to investigate what the state has spent on this case, and that will stipulate Justina's return to her home.
