LS Girls Swim and Dive vs Bedford

The Lincoln-Sudbury girls swim and dive team crushed the Bedford team on Thursday. The final score was 87-35.
The first event of the day was the 200 yard medley relay. The team of Goswami, Almandoz, Thomas and Genovese finished first. Following soon after was the team of Rastinejad, Johnson, Eckhouse and Huang, finishing second.
The 200 freestyle was the first individual event of the meet in which Baker finished first, Goswami second and Borg third.
The Lincoln-Sudbury girls dominated the 200 yard IM in which Barrera finished first, Huang second and Kennedy fourth, and Ackley in fifth.
In the 50 freestyle Genovese finished first, Iskandar third, Almandoz fourth and Marks sixth.
The Bedford team had no divers, but the Lincoln-Sudbury team still executed nearly flawless dives.
In the 100 hard butterfly Eckhouse finished first, Courtney Brown second, Olivia Brown fifth and Kennedy placed sixth.
The 100 yard freestyle followed where Brown finished second, Genovese third, and Hultin fourth.
The Warriors dominated the 500 yard freestyle. Baker finished first, Papovsky second and Cinicola third.
In the 200 yard freestyle relay the team of Eckhouse, Borg, Barrera and Genovese finished first. The team of Iskandar, Huang, Oppenheim and Nevils finished third and the team of Gao, Pinto, Prosansky and Samolja placed fourth.
The 100 back followed, and though the scoring of the meet had been halted the Warriors still dominated.
The 100 yard breastroke followed and the Warriors team swept the race.
The meet ended with the 400 yard freestyle relay in which the Warriors team won the event.
