This Weeks News from the LS Boys Swim Team.

The LS boys swim team dominated the competition against Waltham with a final score of 98-63. The boys consistently swept the events, taking 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. 



The 200 Medley Relay was won by the relay team of Nick Genovese, Chris Wilkins, Tom Edwards, and Chris Knightly. Coming in second place was the team of Ricky Billig, Jake Hogan, Andre Rakitin, and Jack Walker.


After taking a strong start to the meet Chris Wilkins, Jake Hogan, and Ben Cehelsky finished in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the 200 Freestyle.


In the 200 I.M. the LS boys once again swept the event, with Tom Edwards finishing in first place. Ricky Billig was closely behind finishing in second place and Andre Rakitin finished in third place.


The 50 Freestyle was once again dominated by LS boys. Nick Genovese took first place with Jack Walker and David Cincotta taking 2nd and 3rd.


The boys diving was won by Nick Wilkins and Kevin Henderson came in third, only 5 points away from second place.


The 100 Butterfly was won by Chris Wilkins. Andre Rakitin and Nate Thomas came in 2nd and 3rd place.


Jake Hogan won the 100 Freestyle, Nick Genovese finished in 2nd place and Christopher McGean took 4th place.


The 500 Freestyle was swept once again by LS Boys. Ricky Billig finished in 1st place with Tom Edwards and Chris Knightly finishing in 2nd and 3rd.


The 200 Freestyle Relay was won by the team of David Cincotta, Andre Rakitin, Chris Knightly, and Tom Edwards.


Brian Knightly finished in 2nd place in the 100 Backstroke. Ben Cehelsky and Colin Alie took 2nd and 3rd place.


In the 100 Breastroke Kevin Kennedy finished in 2nd place. Anthony Foscolos took 3rd place and Ben Yamron finished in 4th place.


To finish the meet the boys relay team of Ricky Billig, Jack Walker, Chris Knightly, and Chris Wilkins won the 400 Freestyle Relay. The relay team of Ben Cehelsky, Ben Yamron, Nick Wilkins, and Anthony Foscolos finished in 2nd place and the team of Nate Thomas, Colin Alie, Kevin Kennedy, and Seth Joachim finished in 3rd place.
