New Moms can still do yoga

Is it difficult to find a babysitter when all the morninging yoga classes are being held?  Are you too tired to do a class when your spouse comes home and can watch the baby?  No need to fret.  Now you can bring your baby with you to a yoga class for you.  Baby lies beside you or is held in your arms as you stretch through a yoga class.  You are free to feed and change the baby's diaper right there or in a comfortable den right off and opened to the classroom.  Many poses allow you to play peek-a-boo or kiss or massage your baby, too. 

Mom and Baby Yoga is for all levels.  And what a great way to meet other moms and babies.
