Poisoned well

Dear Len Simon,

Before you accuse a neighbor of "poisoning the well", you might want to go to Larry or Jon's house grab a glass and turn on their faucet to see what seeps out. Better yet, you would be well served to take a sip from your own.

Given how divisive things still remain, you, Chuck and Larry had an opportunity to truly provide an olive branch. Instead chose to hide behind the same evaluation which the rest of you felt was such an outlier that it should NOT be consider as part of the Town Manager's eval, in order to justify your decision not to support Bob Haarde. In the words of Chandler Bing from Friends, "could you BE a bigger hypocrite?" I'd say this piece is merely "food for thought" for all of you, but I am not sure what you would drink it down with.
