2 Sudbury Residents to be Summonsed on Larceny Charges

The following information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Sudbury Police Department by an employee at Sudbury Farms on July 6 will result in two local residents being summonsed to court.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, two males were outside the Boston Post Road grocery store allegedly trying to pull a scam.

The individuals were going through the trash bins, picking out receipts.

The males then went into Sudbury Farms to pick out the items on the receipts and attempt to return them at the customer service desk for cash.
