A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Sunday resulted in the arrest of a Framingham man.
According to Lt. Scott Nix, the responding officer pulled over Flamarion Melo, 28, of 154 Beacon St., Apt. 0, on Goodman's Hill Road at about 9:28 p.m.
After an investigation was completed, Melo was arrested and charged with:
- Operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked license;
- Motor vehicle by-law violation (following too close).
Nix said Melo was witnessed following another car and not the officer's car.
Melo was released at 11:06 p.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Monday.
