Framingham Man With Warrants out for Arrest Turns Self in to Sudbury PD

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Framingham man walked into the early Saturday morning and turned himself in to face multiple charges.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, Timothy C. McKinnon, 24, of 75 Hollis St., said he knew there were warrants out for his arrest.

Grady said one warrant was out of Grafton for:

  • Breaking and entering in the night time of a building
  • Larceny from a building
  • Shoplifting.

The other warrant, which was out of Clinton, was for assault and battery.

McKinnon, who Grady said is originally from Sudbury, was arraigned on Monday at Framingham District Court.
