Framingham Resident Faces License Charge in Sudbury

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Oct. 15 resulted in the arrest of a Framingham man.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, an officer on patrol on Concord Road pulled over a motorist at about 5:19 p.m. after conducting a plate check in his cruiser.

After the responding officer completed an investigation, Cristian Ponce Bautista, 36, of 18 Beaver Court, Apt. 1, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Bautista was released at 7:43 p.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Oct. 16.

In other police news from Oct. 15, a Williard Grant Road resident reported hearing gun shots. 

Grady said nothing was found and that it was probably hunters.
