A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Dec. 30 resulted in the arrest of a local man.

Just after 10 p.m., an officer on patrol pulled over a motorist on Hudson Road.

After an investigation was completed, James W. Kinslow, 23, of 22 Beechwood Ave., was arrested after the officer discovered he had two warrants out for his arrest.

One warrant was out of Concord District Court for failure to appear on charges of speeding, OUI and a lights violation, according to Det. Wayne Shurling.

The other warrant was out of Framingham District Court on charges of failure to pay fines, operating an unregistered and unlicensed motor vehicle, and operating on a suspended registration.

The Sudbury officer also charged Kinslow with failure to appear upon recognizance.

Kinslow was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Dec. 31.
