Marlborough Man Arrested on Multiple Charges in Sudbury

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Aug. 13 resulted in the arrest of a Marlborough resident.

According to Chief Scott Nix, an officer on patrol on Union Avenue pulled over a motorist at 12:30 p.m. after a license plate check showed the registration had been revoked.

After an investigation was completed, Dener D. Resende, 43, of 11 Paris St., was arrested and charged with:

  • Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense;
  • Operating an uninsured motor vehicle;
  • Operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration.
Resende was transported to Framingham District Court that day for his arraignment.
