Marlborough Man Faces Numerous Motor Vehicle Charges in Sudbury

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Oct. 26 resulted in the arrest of a Marlborough resident.

According to the Sudbury police log, an officer on patrol on Concord road pulled over a motorist just after 4 p.m. for allegedly speeding.

After the officer completed an investigation, Derek Simon, 21, whose address was listed as Desimone Drive, was arrested and charged with:

  • Speeding;
  • Reckless operation of a motor vehicle;
  • Failure to stop for police.
Simon was held until his arraignment at Framingham District Court on Oct. 28.
