Marlborough Police Arrest Sudbury Woman for OUI, Open Container
According to the Marlborough Police Department, the woman was also charged with having an open container.
Marlborough Police recently arrested a Sudbury woman and charged her with operating under the influence of liquor.
According to police logs provided by the Marlborough Police Department, officers pulled over a vehicle on Main Street on Saturday.
Following the traffic stop, officers took Nicole Marie Murphy, 31, of Sudbury into police custody at 2:28 a.m.
Murphy was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. The Sudbury resident was also cited for marked lanes violation.
