Marlborough Resident Arrested on License Charge, Warrant in Sudbury

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Jan. 6 resulted in the arrest of a Marlborough man.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, an officer on patrol on Peakham Road pulled over a motorist just after 9 p.m.

After the officer completed an investigation, Theodore Kline, 61, of 849 Boston Post Road, Apt. 3J, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

The investigation also showed Kline had a warrant out for his arrest from the Sudbury Police Department for the same charge.

Kline was released at 10:16 p.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Jan. 7.
