Maynard Man Faces Liquor, License Charges in Sudbury

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Sunday night resulted in the arrest of a Maynard man.

An officer on patrol on North Road witnessed a car going at a high rate of speed at about 9:29 p.m..

After the officer pulled the car over and completed an investigation, Fabricio Furquim, 30, of 1 Harriman Court, Apt. B, was arrested.

Furquim is charged with:

  • marked lanes violation
  • unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle
  • speeding
  • OUI liquor
  • drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle.

Furquim was released at 1:31 a.m. on Monday and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court later in the day.
