Maynard Man Faces Restraining Order Charge in Sudbury

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Sudbury woman walked into the Sudbury Police Department on Oct. 31 to report a restraining order she had on a Maynard resident was violated.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, the woman reported the alleged violation just after 10 a.m.

At 2:14 p.m., Sudbury officers arrested Michael A Llenas, 23, of 436 Dawn Road and charged him with:

  • Intimating a witness;
  • Violating a restraining order (two counts).
According to Grady, Llenas allegedly texted "you shouldn't testify in court," to the Sudbury woman, which warranted the intimidation charge.

Llenas was held overnight and was arraigned at Framingham District Court on Nov. 1.
