A 911 call to the Sudbury Police Department on Sept. 1 regarding a domestic issue resulted in the arrest of a Milton man.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, an ex-boyfriend of an occupant at the Longfellow Glen apartment complex on Boston Post Road started banging on a door and windows just before 12:30 a.m.

The ex-boyfriend arrived with his new girlfriend and demanded he get his personal belongings back.

One occupant of the apartment threw the ex-boyfriend's clothes outside, but he claimed he had more belongings inside, Grady said.

When responding officers arrived, two windows were broken.

  • Defacing property.
Ihenetu was held until his arraignment at Framingham District Court on Sept. 3.

On Aug. 19, Ihenetu was arrested at the same location and charged with wanton destruction of property.
