Motorcycle Reported Stolen in Sudbury

The following information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

A Boston Post Road resident contacted the Sudbury Police Department on Aug. 6 after realizing his motorcycle had been stolen.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, the alleged theft happened between 9 p.m. on Aug. 5 and 11:50 a.m. on Aug. 6.

The motorcycle is described as a red 2006 Honda.

The case is under investigation.

In other police news from Aug. 6:

  • An officer on patrol on Boston Post Road noticed the landfill entrance was open. The area was checked nothing criminal was found.
  • Sudbury police received a report of an elderly man hitchhiking on Union Avenue. The man was gone when officers arrived.
  • Officers were dispatched to The Wayside Inn for a report of a disturbance between two dog walkers. According to Grady, one dog became aggressive, which resulted in the dog walkers shouting at each other. Both walkers were spoken to and peace was restored.
