The following information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop on June 23 by the Sudbury Police Department resulted in a $100 fine for the motorist.
According to acting Chief Scott Nix, an officer on patrol on Boston Post Road at about 9:34 p.m. witnessed a car weaving and traveling "well under the speed limit."
After the responding officer completed an investigation, which included a field sobriety test, the operator was issued a marijuana citation (in possession of less than 1 ounce). He was also cited for a marked lanes violation.
