Recovered Stolen Vehicle, Restraining Order Violation and More From the Sudbury Police Log

The following information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

The Sudbury Police Department was alerted to a stolen horse trailer that was found at 220 Wayside Road on Feb. 7.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, the trailer was stolen from Framingham.

Along with the trailor, about $25,000 worth of landscaping equipment was also recovered.

The felony case is under investigation.

  • Officers responded to a two-car accident in the parking lot of GameStop on Boston Post Road. No injuries reported.
  • Officers were dispatched to Sexton Street for a report of a domestic issue. According to Grady, a person violated a restraining order by making a phone call to the residence. Grady said the person who made the call and will be summonsed to court to face charges. The person's name will be released at the arraignment.
  • Officers responded to a domestic call on Shadow Oak Drive regarding a child custody incident. The child was being exchanged at a neutral location, Grady said, when an argument ensued over property at the Shadow Oak Drive home. The altercation was verbal in nature and was resolved without incident.
  • Officers responded to a three-car accident on Union Avenue. No injuries reported.
  • A parent walked in to the police station late at night to report his child's cell phone was lost or stolen at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. The school was notified.
