Selectmen to be Notified of 3 Liquor License Violations
The following information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.
A routine compliance check by the Sudbury Police Department on Feb. 21 resulted in three local businesses in violation of their liquor licenses.
According to Lt. Robert Grady, all licensed businesses in town that investigators were able enter were checked.
Three of them were allegedly caught serving alcohol to minors. They were:

- Bullfinch's
- Acapulcos
- Oishii Too.
"After each compliance check was completed, the businesses that failed received notices," Grady said.
Sudbury police will present the alleged violations to the Board of Selectmen, which is in charge of the town's liquor licenses.

Grady said these compliance checks happen from time to time.
In other police news from Feb. 21:
- An officer on patrol on North Road noticed boards were removed from a window of an unoccupied building. The officer checked the area but nothing criminal was found.
- A Brimstone Lane resident reported he was a victim of credit card fraud. Charges of more than $250 were made in California, but the resident said he has never visited the state before. A report was made for the resident's credit card company.
