Sudbury Automotive Employee Faces Indecent Assault Charge on Teen

The following arrest information was provided by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

An alleged victim of an indecent assault and battery contacted the Sudbury Police Department on Aug. 30 to make a formal complaint.

After being interviewed by Sudbury detectives, probable cause was developed to arrest Richard Boule, 48, of 21 Francis St., Apt. 2, of Marlborough.

Boule was charged with one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years old or older.

He was bailed out on Aug. 31 at 10:47 a.m.

Boule is scheduled to be arraigned today (Sept. 3).

According to Sudbury police, Boule is employed at Sudbury Automotive on 209 Boston Post Road. Police believe that is where the alleged assault took place.

In a release given to Sudbury Patch, police report that the owner of the business was cooperative with investigators.

The exact date of the alleged assault was not given due to the continued investigation.
