Sudbury Man Accused of Violating Restraining Order

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A 911 call to the Sudbury Police Department late Thursday night resulted in the arrest of a local man.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, the call came in just before 10 p.m. from a Shadow Oak Drive resident.

Before officers could respond to the scene, the accused male walked into the station and was arrested without incident after an investigation, Grady said.

Kevin Dolan, 39, of 32 Old Framingham Road, Unit 18, was charged with violating a restraining order.

He was held overnight and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Friday.
