Sudbury Man Arrested for Restraining Order Violation, Intimidating a Witness

A Sudbury man was arrested for violating a restraining order, intimidating a witness and misleading an investigator. Sudbury Police arrested Joseph J. Carney, of 354 Boston Post Rd., Sudbury, on July 11.

Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Dutton Rd. at 6:27 p.m., on July 15.

A Framingham man was arrested on a license charge on July 15. Antonio Patricio Batista, 26 Avon St., Framingham, was arrested for unlicensed operating of a motor vehicle. 

Police responded to a car accident on Old Lancaster Road on July 15, at 6:20 p.m. No injuries were reported. 

Sudbury police also were called to an erratic operator on Haynes Rd. at 9:01 p.m., but the suspect was gone on arrival. 

A.second erratic operator was spoken to on Boston Post Road, at 2:17 a.m., on July 16.
