Sudbury Man Faces Assault Charge on Elderly Person

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A local man was arraigned on Dec. 9 after an incident with an elderly person on Concord Road.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, a person walked into the station that morning to report he was allegedly assaulted on Concord Road.

Grady said it appears the incident started while both parties were in their vehicles.

The alleged victim said his assailant left the scene, but he was able to get his plate number.

Frank N. Gaeta, 47, of 12 Lincoln Lane, was stopped in Wayland and placed under arrest.

After an investigation, Gaeta was charged with assault and battery on an elderly person.

He was arraigned at Framingham District Court later in the day.

According to richmaylaw.com, Gaeta is an experienced civil litigator.
