Sudbury Mother Faces Child Endangerment Charge After OUI Arrest

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Nov. 9 resulted in multiple alcohol-related charges for a local mother.

According to the Sudbury police log, an officer on patrol on Lincoln Road pulled over a motorist just before 9 p.m.

After the officer completed an investigation, Kimberly Jane Kelly, 43, of 21 Philomen Lane, was arrested and charged with:

  • Operating under the influence of liquor;
  • Child endangerment while OUI;
  • Drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle;
  • Marked lanes violation.
Kelly was released at 10:47 p.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Nov. 12.
