Sudbury Police Nab Lincoln Man on Dangerous Weapon Charge

The following arrest information was provided by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Oct. 1 resulted in the arrest of a Lincoln man.

According to Sgt. Richard MacLean, an officer on patrol on Boston Post Road pulled over a motorist at about 3:50 p.m.

After the officer completed an investigation, Spencer H. Torode, 21, of 82 Conant Road, was arrested and charged with:
  • Carrying a dangerous weapon (brass knuckles);
  • Marked lanes violation;
  • Driver's license not in possession;
  • Operating an unregistered or improper equipment.
Torode was released at 6:11 p.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Oct. 2.

Sudbury police also made an arrest of a Hudson woman after a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road for a rejected inspection sticker.

Aline F. Ramos, 28, whose address was listed as Washington Street, had a default warrant out for her arrest for charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
