Two Arrested on OUI Charges, Jamaica Plain Man Charged With Assault and Battery

The following are arrest logs provided by the Sudbury Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Sudbury Police made three arrests last week, and two of them were made on charges of operating under the influence of liquor.

Lt. Robert Grady said that on Friday, June 6, Paul Pervis, 30, of 655 Boston Post Road Apt. 1304, Sudbury, was stopped in the area of Boston Road at about 11:30 p.m. Police charged Pervis with operating under the influence of liquor.

On Monday, June 9, officers responded to Boston Post Road for a report of a domestic incident at 2:04 p.m.

Following the incident, officers arrested Juan Flores, of 17 Plant Court, Jamaica Plain. He was charged with domestic assault and battery.

On the same day at about 11 p.m., an officer stopped a vehicle on Boston Post Road for erratic operation.

Haydee Fuentes, 54, of 29 Hildreth Street, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation.
