Waltham Woman Arrested on Warrant in Sudbury

The following information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Jan. 17 resulted in the arrest of a Waltham woman.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, an officer on patrol on Boston Post Road pulled over a motorist at 10:43 p.m.

During the investigation, the officer found a default warrant out for the motorist, Lisa M. Giardina, 51, of 54 Seminole Ave.

She was arrested to face charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operation with a suspended registration.

The officer also charged Giardina with failure to appear upon recognizance.

She was released just before 2:27 a.m. on Jan. 18 and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Jan. 21.
