Planning Board Adopts New Procedures

Changes went into effect on Dec. 12.

The Planning Board adopted application procedures on Oct. 23, (effective Dec. 12), which incorporate amendments to their regulations for subdivisions, senior residential communities, incentive senior developments, water resource protection district special permits and stormwater management permits.

One of the main changes is the requirement to submit all application information (forms, plans and reports) in a searchable, electronic format. It is the Planning Board's goal to make application materials available to the general public on the Town's website for ease of access.

All developers and persons submitting applications to the Planning Board after Dec. 12 will be subject to these additional regulations, and are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the provisions contained in the Procedures.
