Selectmen to Discuss Inter-Municipal Agreement, Entertainment License at Tuesday Morning Meeting

In a rare Tuesday meeting, selectmen open the agenda at 8 a.m.

It doesn't happen often. But on Tuesday, the Sudbury Board of Selectmen will start its day by hosting a meeting inside the Flynn Building's Silva Conference Room.

Selectmen will open the meeting at 8 a.m. by immediately going into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to land negotiations.

When the open session begins again, board members will vote to sign an inter-municipal agreement for a Regional Housing Services Office for Fiscal Year 2015.

Next is a presentation of Sudbury Housing Trust's 7th Home Preservation House, followed by a vote to approve a conservation restriction at 54 Moore Road, per the request of Conservation Coordinator Debbie Dineen.

Selectmen will also vote on whether they approve a new entertainment license for Subway, located at 435 Boston Post Road, at the request of the business' new owner and manager Ritesh Patel.

After a report on an IRS payroll audit of the town and Sudbury Public Schools independent contractors, the board will close out the meeting with a discussion on a draft agreement between the Town of Sudbury and Lincoln-Sudbury Youth Baseball. There will be no vote until the next meeting on Tuesday, June 25.
