The Special State Primary to fill Sen. Ed Markey's vacated seat in Congress will be held Oct. 15.

Sudbury voters in the following precincts will cast their votes from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. for the candidates of political parties for the following office: Representative in Congress 5th District
  • PRECINCTS 1A, 2, & 5: Fairbank Community Center
  • PRECINCTS 3 & 4: Town Hall              

Voters in Precinct 1 are not eligible to participate in this election. Precinct 1 is part of the 3rd Congressional District, currently represented by Niki Tsongas.

Absentee Ballot Applications are available at the Town Clerk's office or online at http://sudbury.ma.us. Voters may print out an Absentee Ballot Application from the website or come into the Town Clerk's office at Town Hall (322 Concord Road), between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to fill out an application. If a voter is not registered in a party, he/she must select Democratic or Republican on the absentee ballot application to receive a ballot. Absentee voters may, upon application, vote in person in the town clerk's office or receive the absentee ballot by mail. Ballots may not be picked up or removed from the Town Clerk's Office.
