There are plenty of homes in Sudbury that have been around for decades or longer. But what is the oldest home currently for sale in town?

Located at 80 Raymond Road, this Colonial estate is currently on the market for $869,000. It was built in 1800, according to the listing agent.

The house features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 4,800 square feet of living space. It also sits atop .91 acres of land.

According to the listing agent, this property is a "charm-filled Colonial estate of yesteryear with a bonus 18th-century post and beam barn."

For more information on this 1800s property, visit the online listing.

The property pictured is a 3BR on Marlboro Rd, not a 5BR on Raymond.

Sorry for the confusion. I brought in my files from a previous story when the photos from Raymond Road were in a different location. Corrected now!
