Two Hour Delay for Sudbury Schools on Friday

The storm has moved out, but roads were slick on Friday morning.

Updated at 6:30 a.m.: In addition to Sudbury Public Schools, Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School will also have a two-hour delay on Friday.

Original Story: Thursday's storm is still lingering in Sudbury.

After school was closed on Thursday in town, there will also be a delayed opening on Friday, according to the district website.

"There will be a two hour delay in the opening of school on Friday, February 14," the announcement said. "There will be no AM session for half-day kindergarten or pre-school."

The storms has moved out of the area, but clean up continues across the region and overnight rain and sleet led to icy road conditions in the early morning hours around the state.
