Best Wishes and Good Luck to Bonnie's Bootcamp. A healthful tip on using footwear. Beware of using the "minimalist" type of shoes as they have little support and Podiatrists have advised against wearing them as they appear to cause injury. Proof of this came to Brine's Sporting Goods this week, when a woman came in on crutchers and with a stress fracture. Her Doctor begged her not to wear the lightweight shoes. The best alternative is to wear running shoes with built-in arch support. Best of luck, Richard W Glynn
