Community Update

I have had Stan work with me 2 times on computer issues. Besides being a really nice guy, he has a wealth of knowledge with computers. The first time he came to my home he eliminated the causes of a slow computer. He cleaned up any internal problems, changed my email account to a free one, added suggested anti virus and malware security, and, in general, fixed anything that needed updating. While doing this, he wanted to explain what he was doing and make sure I understood the benefits and changes to my computer. Now, a year later, Stan helped me with some other computer concerns. He was able to make certain corrections over the phone with me. Again his understanding of computer workings and desire to explain what he is doing and how it will benefit future use, were evident. I would definitely recommend The Tech Guy, Stan, to anyone needing computer help.
