Community Update

Stan has been a life-saver for me... twice. The first time, we got a terrible worm/virus on the family computer. (Even with virus protection software, it became infected.) Stan took the tower to his workshop, saved all our pictures and documents onto an external hard drive and essentially "re-built" our computer by reformatting the hard drive and re-installing all the software, downloading updates and uploading our family pictures and documents. He then brought the tower back to our house and made sure everything was working properly... "like it never even happened."

The second time, my home office computer automatically installed updates that affected my settings. Stan made a house call the same evening I called him. He adjusted my computer to the way it had been previously set-up and I was able to complete my time-sensitive reports that night.

Stan is professional, friendly, helpful, and really knows his stuff.
