Volunteers Needed for Sudbury's 375th Celebration

Volunteers are needed for events in August and September.

Sudbury will be celebrating its 375th anniversary this summer. And organizers are looking for help from residents to make the festivities possible.

According to a post on Patch, volunteers are still needed for a pair of events.

The Olde Time Family Community Fair is set for Saturday, August 23, on Sudbury Town Center.

In addition, the Sudbury 375 Field Day and Fireworks Extravaganza will take place on September 6 at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School.

To assure the smooth running of both events, organizers are seeking volunteers. For more information, residents can contact Sue Rushfirth at (978) 443-0782.

For more information on the Sudbury 375 events, including this week's Starlight Dance, visit the group's website at sudbury.ma.us/375 or email sudbury375@sudbury.ma.us.
