Trunk-or-Treat, Costume Party and More Happenings this Weekend in Sudbury

Here are a smattering of events going on in Sudbury this weekend.

1. Join First Baptist Church of Sudbury on Oct. 26 from 2-4 p.m. for the fifth annual Trunk-or-Treat. Everyone is invited for a safe, fun, and family orientated time of games, candy, music, and festivities. Kids in fifth grade and below, along with parents, can walk from car to car playing games and receiving prizes. It's a safe, fun alternative to trick-or-treating.

2. Join Sudbury Family Network for its annual Halloween Costume Party. Enjoy a fun-filled morning of Halloween games, music, crafts and of course candy. There will also be a costume party, monster dance party and refreshments, too. All ages welcome at this event.

This is an opportunity for residents to dispose of unwanted and expired drugs in a responsible manner.

4. Auditions for lead roles and registration for chorus for "The Pirates of Penzance"will take place on Oct. 27-28 starting at 7:30 p.m. in Hawes Hall at the Sudbury United Methodist Church.
