Very good restaurant. Great food and great service. I really enjoy their small dining area, makes me feel cozy. I have been there for dinner many times and each time I have left satisfied.

Food is fresh and delicious. Service is terrific. A real gem in metro west suburbs. Outstanding value lunch - one of my favorite lunch spots. Great for dinner too. Well thought out wine list. Owner is very friendly and gracious host.

We have lived in South Asia and know (and love) North Indian food. We have been to many Indian restaurants in the US, and Paani is the best!

We love this place! The decor is simple but charming. The owner is gracious and personally attentive (you can see that she has many returning customers by the way that she greets & hugs them as they walk in). A lot of folks seem to order take-out from this place, but you really need to sit down to appreciate the food here. The decor of the restaurant is warm & pleasant The menu is a cut above most Indian restaurants in town. The vegetarian dishes are superb -- the Bagarey Baidan Hydrabadi (miniature eggplants slowly cooked in peanut sauce & 30 spices) is to die for! Wine list is well-selected to match the different foods.
