Judy is a passionate Zumba instructor whose classes are designed for both physical challenge and great enjoyment. She does an excellent job of teaching for all levels within the same class, and is committed to the health and growth of all her students. For someone looking for a great exercise class, with someone who always changes it up, and never loses her sense of humor, you couldn't find a better instructor than Judy Quint.
I always leave Judy feeling re-energized! It's such a fun form of exercise. There's a great cross-section of people who attend the classes. All are supportive, from the teachers to your fellow classmates. It really about changing your life!
