Planning Board Approves Storm-Water Permit

Improvements to church parking lot OK'd; remote participation in public meetings also discussed.

Sudbury's Planning Board met Tuesday night in the Flynn Building and approved a stormwater permit for the First Baptist Church located at 162 Landham Road. The Church's hired engineering firm, Sullivan Connors & Associates, submitted an application at the meeting yesterday for repairs to the church's parking lot. The storm-water permit was requested so that one of the entrance's to the parking lot could be regraded in elevation in order to allow proper drainage. Board Chairman Michael C. Fee said that the regrade seemed necessary,  as he jokingly said the entrance was currently a "ski ramp." "The pavement is currently in a very deteriorated state," George Connors, a partner in the engineering company, said. Also in the permit application …
