Sudbury Church Bells to Ring for Newtown at 9:30 a.m.

The following information is from Rev. Tom O'Brien of the Sudbury Clergy Association: In response to a request from Connecticut Governor Dannel P. Malloy, Sudbury United Methodist Church, Memorial Congregational Church (United Church of Christ), First Parish of Sudbury (Unitarian Universalist), Our Lady of Fatima, St. Elizabeth Episcopal Church and possibly other communities of faith in Sudbury will sound their bells Friday, Dec. 21 at 9:30 a.m. Citing the outpouring of love and compassion from every state and around the world, Malloy has asked places of worship and government buildings to ring their bells to remember the "twenty beautiful school children and six dedicated educators taken from their families and their loved ones."
