Maynard Man Faces OUI Charge in Sudbury

A call to the Sudbury Police Department on Tuesday regarding a disabled motor vehicled ended in the arrest of a Maynard man. According to Lt. Scott Nix, a car broke down on Concord Road at about 12:58 a.m. After the responding officer completed an investigation, Daniel F. Cutter, 45, of 9 Charles St., was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol. He was held until Framingham District Court opened Tuesday morning for his arraignment.
