Domestic Charge Pending for Sudbury Man

The following information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

The Sudbury Police Department is looking for a local man who is wanted in relation to a domestic issue. According to Lt. Robert Grady, Milford police contacted the Sudbury PD on April 29 to report a female from Milford was allegedly a victim of domestic abuse. The female gave an in-person report to Sudbury officers just before midnight, stating her boyfriend, who allegedly committed the crime, lived on Old Meadow Road. Grady said Sudbury police plan to charge the boyfriend with domestic assault and battery, and malicious destruction of a motor vehicle.

Bedford Teen Faces Disorderly Conduct Charge in Sudbury

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Sudbury Police Department from Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School on April 27 regarding a disorderly teen resulted in the arrest of a Bedford resident. According to Lt. Robert Grady, officers were dispatched to Lincoln-Sudbury at about 8:10 p.m. where a dance was taking place. One person fled the school grounds when officers arrived and ran through backyards across Lincoln Road. After the person was caught and officers completed an investigation, Kevin Li, 17, of 241 South Road, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released at 12:41 a.m. on April 28 and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on April 29. In other police news from April 27:

Sudbury Police Charge Texas Man With 2nd OUI Charge

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop early in the early morning of April 26 by the Sudbury Police Department turned into an arrest of a Texas man. According to Lt. Robert Grady, an officer on patrol on Boston Post Road witnessed a motor vehicle driving too close behind another vehicle. The first vehicle turned off on Station Road, where the responding officer pulled it over. After completing an investigation, Francis A. Martino, 24, of 14101 West Highway 290, in Austin, Texas, was arrested and charged with: Martino was released at 3:24 a.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on April 29. Lincoln-Sudbury Students Caught with Pot on Campus

The following information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

A Lincoln-Sudbury administrator contacted the Sudbury Police Department on April 24 to report two juvenile students were caught with a small amount of marijuana. According to Lt. Scott Nix, both students are 14 years old. "It's under investigation as to whether charges will be filed or some other civil disposition issued," he said. Later in the day an officer on patrol on Dutton Road witnessed a car parked in the Memorial Forest parking lot with its headlights off and brake lights on. The responding officer noticed two males in the car, and after completing an investigation issued both civil violations for being in possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Fitchburg, Framingham Men Arrested on Separate Warrants

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on April 22 resulted in the arrest of a Fitchburg man. Just before 5 p.m., a responding officer pulled over Louis Perez, 33, of 163 Meadowbrook Lane, on Boston Post Road. After the officer completed an investigation, Perez was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The investigation also showed Perez had a warrant out for his arrest from Leominster. He was wanted to face charges of failure to appear for probation, driving without an inspection sticker and operating with a suspended license, according to Lt. Scott Nix. Perez was released at 6:26 p.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on April 23. Sudbury police made a …

Marlborough Man Arrested on Warrant, License Charges

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on April 22 resulted in the arrest of a Marlborough man. According to Lt. Scott Nix, an officer on patrol on Boston Post Road witnessed a car speeding just after midnight. Vinicius Gomes-DaSilva, 22, of 33 Rice Street, was pulled over at about 12:15 a.m. After the responding officer completed an investigation, Gomes-DaSilva was arrested and charged with: The investigation also showed Gomes-DaSilva had a default warrant out for his arrest from Northborough. According to Nix, the warrant was for: Gomes-DaSilva was held overnight and was scheduled to be arraigned later that day at Framingham District Court.

How would you then cover the travel time of the officers, and the need for additional coverage while they move the prisoners? i would be very upset and seek advice from my lawyer if I called for assistance from Sudbury Police and found that the officer response would be delayed while the Officer assigned to my area returns from driving a shoplifting suspect back to his town! Hudson Man Arrested in Sudbury on Warrant.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Sudbury Police officer on patrol on April 17 at Sudbury Plaza recognized a man known to have a warrant out for his arrest in the parking lot of TJ Maxx. According to Lt. Scott Nix, the officer followed the man into TJ Maxx. After completing an investigation, the officer arrested Richard A. Chartier, 28, of 3 Central St. in Hudson. Chartier was wanted to face charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation, Nix said. The warrant was from Waltham District Court. Chartier was arrested without incident and he was released that day at 8:39 p.m. He was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on April 18. In other police news from April 17:
